It is contagious

It is Monday morning, snowing since last night. I can see lots of silver
on my back garden. My pear tree on the left is like a skeleton but now
decorated with white beautiful cottony flowers.
What a scenic view to behold. Yesterday I walked to Tim Horton
to enjoy my time alone slot. It is 15 minutes walk from my place
but to move my more than half a century old body needs more time.
It is OK with me. What is there is there. We have to accept.
I keep trying to push myself as much as I can. I remember "What
you don't use, you lose". I keep on recalling these golden words.
It always helps me to do things on my own. When we become old,
we start facing various challenges. We have to tackle everything
with grace. This is life my Dear.
Things change quickly. Value the moments in hand. Past is done.
We can not turn the page. Future we don't know. Present moment is
everything. Drain happiness out of that.
Look around, so much to make you happy. Force yourself to smile.
It will become a habit ultimately. It is contagious, will make others
to smile too.
