It is Sunday morning beautiful sunny 4 C below zero, not so cold for here
in Canada. Perfect weather for my walk to Tim Horton, to my second home.
It is 10 am, I am done with my breakfast now sitting in the TV lounge, to
spend some time with my son. Everyone else sleeping.

My son is watching Sports Channel. I am busy doing my scrabble and
Sudoku books. I am also enjoying the view of my back garden, through
the big glass panels, in front.

The pear tree on the left, standing quietly. It is now changed into an
skeleton, but looks confident, patiently waiting for the days ahead.
There is always light at the end of tunnel. Keep that in mind.
" This Too Shall Pass ". We always have to think positive,
no matter what.

Black Squirrel is busy with his workouts on the wooden fence. The blue
Trampoline, in the center, looks magnificent, it's net all around,
beautifully decorated with white powdery stuff. Snow glittering under
the sun. Such a view to enjoy, to behold.

God is Great, no doubt about that. Keeps on providing us happiness,
all year round. Thank You God for everything. I love You.

It is 11.15, I am in my room with my computer, to browse Facebook
messages. My youngest daughter called me from Reading. She is back
from Paris. She was visiting her daughter, who is studying there.
She was happy.

My other daughter , the middle one, also called me from Grimsby, England.
She was in London for some concert, to attend. She, just back, was busy
with her family matters.

It is 11.45, I am getting ready. My son insisting to drive me, but I opted
to walk to Tim Horton. I am all dressed up in layers. I will be fine. We have
to push our body. What we don't use, we lose. Same with our body.

I am at Whites Road. It is busy with lots of traffic. Walkway is good, not
flooded like before. Thanks to my son, who cleared the side drains. But
when I turned to Sheppard Road, it was total mess. The entire path was
covered with snow.

I think the Town houses people, cleared their stairs and dumped the snow
here. I can not go back, I am already half way. I have to be very careful,
not to take big steps, I will manage.

It is 12.30, I am at Tim Horton, enjoying my coffee. I will write my Blog,
enjoy my time. It looks like a Full House. I got my favorite spot, anyway.
Nowadays, I am able to have good sleep.

Dear Retirees, one of you suggested me to have a sleeping pill for that and
things will be fine. Everyone does that, to tackle such problems. But my
Dear, I try to avoid, to have pills. I think these are like chemicals, we are
putting into our body. Every medicine has it's own side effects.

I try to tackle things in natural way. I know, it take time and bothers a
lot but this is my style. Please don't follow me. Don't discontinue your
medicines. Everyone is different and has to do whatever suits his/her body.

I started doing some breathing exercises, while lying down in my bed, at
night time, when I go to bed  to sleep. My bed time is after midnight around
12.30. It is working for now, distracts me from pressure.

It is 2.15, I am done here, with my coffee and with writing my Blog. Now
time to walk home. I will avoid the snowy walkway, will take another one,
the longer route. I will manage.

Dear Brenda, Jasmeet, Craig, Kim, Cleo, Tiara, Jimmy, please say Hi to all
my Dear Readers in your office. My Friend the Smile Addict, please keep in
mind that we all are members of the same Human Family.

Dear reader doing 2 Jobs, it is good to focus on work but this is rude to
ignore the people around. Please say sorry to my friend the Happy Worker.

Dear Retirees, for every relationship, we have to minimize our expectations.
Make contributions in the lives of people around. Don't cross your limit,
your boundary.

Respect everyone's emotions and don't intrude their privacy, their personal
matters. The only person, we can change, is our own self. Try to do that and
have patience, things will never go wrong in any circumstances.

Dear Students, please have patience and let everyone, to attend the Reading
Sessions of my Blog. You people are like my Family members. I love you all.

Kris Dear, I don't want to write anything for you, no use. I keep on praying
for my Friends, Hannah and Niklas. May God help them, to enjoy their own
lives too. Amen.
