Don't Forget To give Treats To Yourselves

7 Landscaping Ideas for Beginners | Better Homes & Gardens

Saturday --  Beautiful sunny morning 13 C, it is double digit, great.
Yesterday was rain so everything giving beautiful look after shower.
It is 10.45, I was in my kitchen busy making banana berries shake
for my son and for my own self.

I never forget to give treats to myself. It is important to take good
care of our body. Mind and body are closely related. One goes off
the other one will be down too.

After that, will be tough to bring things back on track. Prevention
is always better than remedy. Nowadays, this is more important
as we are not going anywhere, to distract ourselves from routine
day to day pressure.

Staying home, all together, is demanding for everyone but needs
extra miles for we senior, to tackle things in the household. Those
living, all by themselves, things are tough for them too. But they
are Master of their house.

Nobody is there to question their undisputed authority. They are free
to do whatever they want, making their own plans, follow their own
schedule. Still sometimes, start feeling alone and lonely.

Living with family, is total different scenario. There are always people
around. But we need some privacy, time of our own. Here we have
to make compromises and adjustments to coordinate with everyone
around.

Not so simple, very demanding, especially at our age. But my dear,
nothing is total plus. We have to give away things, to get something
in return.

Push yourselves to look at the plus side. Focus on the positive aspects
and try to ignore the negative ones. We can not change the people and
things around.

The only thing we can do. We can change our own selves, especially
change our attitude. Attitude is everything. It can make or break
our personalities. Choices are yours.

Life is the same for everyone. It is like an unpaved path with bushes
around. We have to pick flowers of happiness from there. To live happily,
we have to be with an attitude of "to take glass as half full not as half empty".
