Started Working on Fridays
It is 8.30, I am in my kitchen, making my breakfast, my oatmeal porridge and stir fry egg, will have with my morning cup of tea. Beautiful Scarlet Red, Deep Orange and Yellow flowers of Dahlia, giving me smiles from the flower bed of my back garden. Black Squirrel is also here, busy with his work outs on the wooden fence of my garden. It is a beautiful view to behold. But no time for me to enjoy. I started working on Fridays, have to get ready to leave at 9.30, to my work place, to play Darts.
It is 11.40, I am back, will take a quick shower after that will go to my kitchen to make banana Blueberry shake for my son and for my eldest grandson, he is awake, will be happy. It is good to put smile on the faces around. We feel good too. What goes around, comes back to you. So simple.
I will make Shake for myself too. Never have to forget, to give treats to yourselves. It will help to push your body to get going, to cooperate with the plans, our mind got ready for our day. It is like carrot and stick. We have to push our body to go ahead with the plans, we chalked out. But have to be gentle. Keep track, what our body wants. What is his Mood. Don't have to be too hard. Give and take, works in all relationships. Same is with the relationship of our Mind and Body. Nothing works one sided.
My daughters just called me. They usually make conference call. It cut down their time and mine too. Joint calls only be made, when people involved, are at the same mental and emotional wave length. Sometimes, not everyone enjoys the same talks. We have to keep that in mind.
I have to make some other calls too. My elder sister in law, recently lost, one of her cousin sister. I have to call her, to share her grief. My younger brother's wife was not feeling well. I will call her. We have to be there for people, to share such moments. Sharing cuts down the pressure. It helps to feel that, they are not alone to face the difficult time of their life.
