It's a Beautiful Day

It's a beautiful bright sunny morning, 5 C feels like zero. Sun is shining up and above, smiling to make our day brighter. He is here most of the days even in cold wintry times. So nice of him. It helps so much to handle our Canadian winter.

At the later stages of our life, so many issues come up. Every morning is like Christmas. We don't know what we are getting to deal with. It always comes up with a surprise to handle whichever part of our body is not in a good shape. We have no idea beforehand.

Same is with most of the nights. We go to bed with good intentions. After a while something comes up to take our sleep away. We keep on waiting for a good sleep. That looks like a dream not to come true any time soon.

Every stage of the cycle of our life is unique and quite different from one another. We have to
keep on adjusting to that. Not only at the later stages of our life. It goes on happening at every stage, every day.

We have to be patient, flexible with our routines. Don't have to take things too seriously. Nothing is like homework. Try to handle it with patience. Mental peace is everything. Don’t let it be disturbed. It's the key to live life happily.

At my age, I also have to deal with these matters. Some nights are not good. After waiting in my bed for a while. I figure out the choices to choose. I make my cell phone a bit darker and start getting myself busy with games and browsing Facebook.

It helps to distract your mind so as not to be panicked. Sometimes I open up my computer and get busy with things of my interest. Lying in bed for a long time and waiting for sleep never helps. It only tops up our pressure.

In the mornings, whenever my body is not in a good shape. Not in a position to listen to me.  Give her some time to revive. After a while start making plans to get out to change the scenery.

We have to push our body to move to be active. It will work. Mind gets distracted from the stagnant position, and will start directing our body to go ahead.

We are the commander of our mind and body. Don't have to let the peace of our mind be taken away. Be patient and things will start working out. Don't get panicky. It never works, will spoil your day.
