Try to listen to your own self
It is Sunday beautiful bright sunny morning with 6 C, no rain, no snow.
Enough to celebrate. Weather is great. After having breakfast, I use to
spend some time in TV lounge, to watch any TV show and also to spend
some time with my Son. Me and my Son, are early riser.
We have to manage and divide our 24 hours account so that we can have
a piece for each and everything. To be with family, friends and also to have
our own time to play around, to do whatever we want, we like to do.
To lead a happy life, we have to keep in mind that, no Jinn will be coming
to make our day. It never happens in real life. We are our own music
makers. I follow certain rules and it is gong well, so want to share
with you people.
1 : Don't be hard on yourself.
2 : Live in a day tight compartment.
3 : Divide your day into slots, to change scenery
and have variety in your activities. This gives color,
adds excitement, to feel good.
4 : Never make any strict time table, be flexible.
5 : Spend some time to open line of communication
with the family, you live with.
Please keep in mind that the time, not to be too much.
Our Faces are like mirrors for our inside weather.
Keep track of that, to not to damage the existing relationship.
Sometimes, the other person not in a mood to get disturbed
so keep away.
6 : Never ignore your own self. Always allocate time alone slot,
to listen to yourself. Spend some time alone, to communicate
with your own self.
7 : Have some hobbies to pass and enjoy your own time.
1) : Water plants.
2) : Read books/Magazines of your interest.
3) : Watch your favorite shows.
4) : Go outside, hit the Road/Trails.
5) : Go to Lakes.
6) : Enjoy with friends.
7) : Have a cup of Tea/Coffee, sitting in the favorite
corner/spot of your house.
8) : Do what you like, don't push yourself.
8 : Have friendship with your own Self.
Try to understand the person inside.
Communicate with yourself.
9 : Accept the 3 As formula.
1) : Accept yourself, the way you are.
2) : Acknowledge yourself for the things you do.
3) : Admire yourself, give rewards and gifts
to yourself for even averting any heated
discussion, or any disagreement. For being polite,
staying positive and saving the day for your own self.
This will motivate your inner self to stay positive
and to move your body in the positive direction.
Our Mind works as power house, always controls
our body. Just relax and everything will work out.
