We can't see through tinted glasses

It is Sunday bright beautiful cold sunny morning with 17 C below zero.
Snow is everywhere, giving glitter under the sun. Yesterday was snowing
since early morning. It is already 15 Cm on the ground.
Today people are busy with shoveling, clearing their cars and driveways.
Everything is now back on track. It is just like any other Sunday. In couple
of provinces of Canada, there was lots of snow.
Yesterday in Newfoundland, people had more than four feet of snow with
wind 135 km, having tough time, stuck in their homes with no electricity.
We look at them, start feeling fine, in Toronto with 15 Cm of snow.
Whenever facing difficult moments in your lives, just try to look at someone,
not in good shape. We then forget to complain. No more self pity, we will
start feeling comfortable in our existing circumstances. This is one of the
recipes, to get out of negative thoughts.
We can not change the things and people around, we only can change our
own selves, so focus on that. Try to go for that. It always works, will change
the whole scenario, make you happy and will spread happiness around.
Our positive thoughts, not only matter for our own selves, but are
important for others too. They play their role in other people's lives.
With our negative thoughts, we make our life miserable, and spread
negativity to others.
Negative thoughts are like tinted glasses. We can not see the clear
picture, things look blurred. We start feeling desperate. That's enough
to make our life miserable. No matter what, try to be positive in all
conditions.
