Beautiful Morning

I mentioned that it's a beautiful morning. I think each and every morning is beautiful. 

Sometimes we are not in a mood to accept its beauty. Our body is not in good shape. Body is not feeling good and the mind can not be in a position to enjoy things.

There are so many factors, which can easily affect our peace of mind. Mind and body are very much interconnected. One feels low and the other one joins right away to change the entire perspective.

So many times we don’t have a good night's sleep. That is common with most people. I believe the people around. The company at work, school and at home is the key to disrupt our peace of mind. It disturbs our sleep too. We feel tired, our body is not in a position to enjoy anything.

Harmony at the household and also at the workplace is important. Negative thoughts also play a key role in the well-being of our mind and body. Try to get involved in the things you like to do. To get busy is good. It keeps us away from thinking negatives.

While at our school and at the working stage of our life. We don’t have time. At later stages we have so much time in hand. We have to find our own projects to be busy with. It will be important for our mental health and physical well-being.

It helps to manage our mood swings. We will be able to enjoy the beauty around us. The nature, the atmosphere. Mornings are the face of day. We have to greet it with a welcome note. With a smile on our face.

We have to feel lucky to be out of bed ready to start one more day. God Almighty gifted another twenty four hours to spend. We can do whatever we want. No question asked.

Dear friends, I am leaving on the coming Friday for England to my daughters place. It’s a long flight of seven plus hours. Need prayers. 

Travel is not good nowadays especially at our age. We don’t feel good changing our rooms, our beds. It’s easy to disturb our sleep. Hope you will understand and keep me in your prayers. Thanks.
