The day before it was hot 28 C feeling like 34. Today it is totally a different scenario. It is a bit cooler with 10 C. The weather is like a roller coaster.

It is so confusing one day up the other day down. We keep our fingers crossed to decide what to take out to wear from our coat closet.

We have to step out of the door to make sure how it will feel to go for a walk. We have all sorts of coats and jackets lined inside the closet. We are all set to tackle our Canadian winter throughout the year long.

I usually go for my walk around after 11.30. It takes about 25 minutes to be there at the Second Cup coffee house. I was with my light jacket. I was back just after a couple of minutes of my walk to change my jacket with a heavier one.

We have to be very particular with what to wear before heading out for any journey. It is a long journey, a short trip or just a walk. Doesn't matter, it has to be enjoyable.

Our dress up has to be comfortable. It is a must. Not only for our outdoor activities. It is a key factor for going to any indoor occasions too. You won't enjoy wearing too hot, too tight or anything not according to the atmosphere around.

Try to manage your dressing to feel happy and relaxed. Anyway I am enjoying my walk. It was a good idea to change my jacket with a heavier one.

There is so much green around. Birds are there to add up color to the scenery. A couple of squirrels are running up and down on the Maple tree on my left.

So much to enjoy to behold to cherish your moments. I am happy to get out of my house. Change of scenery matters a lot in boosting your will power. It helps to manage your mood swings too.
