Having lunch at Manderine

It is Thursday beautiful morning, sunny and bright with 2 C. It looks like 
summer for here in Canada. We need jackets but not the heavy ones. We 
know rain and snow is on the way may be this afternoon but for now I am 
happy. Enjoying the moments in hand.

Today we, the members of our Senior Club, having lunch in Manderine. 
It is a  Chinese Restaurant. One of my friend will pick me up at 11.45, 
lunch will start at 12 Noon. It is 5 minutes drive.

There are workers in my backyard and around, to fix some water problem. 
They will be done in couple of days. They are busy since last week. I am 
busy with making tea and coffee and giving snacks to them. It is always 
good to spread happiness to the people around. It makes you happy too. 
What goes around comes back to you.

I ma getting ready for my lunch. Tomorrow also will be a big day for me. 
My son going to London for his inaugural event of his company. I will go 
with him to move around. 

My younger brother and his wife will also be going with me. We will have 
good time together. London is around three hours drive from my place,
Pickering.  I used to live there more than twenty five years back. City 
must have been changed still I will love to be there. 

It will remind me the time, the years back memories. At that time two 
of my daughters were not married. They were with me, going to school, 
now they live in London England, not in London Ontario. 

My son was doing his Masters from Western Uni. We had no car. 
I remember, we had to push the shopping cart through the heap of 
snow. London is in snow belt. I used to volunteer in Oxfam, 
Immigration Centre and so many other organizations, to spend 
my time.

Time flies now my grandson doing his degree from the same Uni. his 
father used to go. These are stories of the past. Now it is time for me to 
get ready for the lunch from my Senior club. My friend is about to come 
to pick me up.
