3 A's Formula

We all are human so am I.
I also feel sometimes low, sometimes depressed
sometimes down.

There is a "3 A's " formula we have to use to work around,
to deal our day to day matters, which always go up and down.

Life is a mixed plate we have to accept that as it. There is nothing total plus
Sun is not shining all the time. We expect too much from everything in our Life.
also from the people around us.

We push everyone hard enough and also to ourselves to get Happiness all the
times. This is a major drawback.

We have to take everything easy. Nothing is end of the world.
Never take Life too seriously.

What is this " 3 A's " formula.

1. A :--- Accept Yourself

Accept yourself as you are. No self pity think yourself as an individual.
You are unique and beautiful so is every Human being.

Try to know yourself which we rarely do
Every day spend some time alone.
Sit for a while in a quiet place try to be with yourself.
listen to yourself.

Like weather our Mood changes. We all have our mood swings.
Nothing to worry about.

Every person has it's own Plus as well as minus. Take that into account
and keep that in mind. Work around with that to get Happiness.

When you are not feeling good enough don't push yourself to go out.
There are number of ways to be busy at home to get Happiness
and to get relaxed.

Have a cup of Coffee and read your favorite book in your favorite
spot at your home.

Living with Family is tough for we seniors but not easy for others too.
I mean for everyone else in the family, always keep that in mind,
things will be easier after that.

It is our mistake that we look to other people for our Happiness,
which we don't get so we start blaming everyone around.
It changes the whole atmosphere from negative to worst.

Not only we get depressed but we damage the atmosphere around
and take away peace and happiness from everyone.

We turn everyone against us open so many fronts to fight and try to deal
everything which becomes more difficult.

Plan your Day to keep yourself busy

2. A : Acknowledge Yourself

When you change any negative situation like keep yourself away from getting bored or anything like that or avert some hot discussion, intense situation, always acknowledge yourself. Give a clear message to yourself that you made it happen. Say to yourself that you did it.

3. A : Admire yourself

Whenever you do any positive thing, which puts smile on people faces, which gives happiness to someone, always try to give reward to yourself. Give some treat to yourself, anything which makes you happy.

Go for shopping to buy anything special for yourself. Buy yourself bouquet,
a thank you card for you, make a hot cup of coffee / tea. Read some 
book / magazine in your favorite corner of your house. 

Go for a walk, do some cooking, water your plants, write your journal.
There are so many things to do, choices are your's my dear.

I am having hot cup of tea 
I am feeling happy.
