Most of the times silence is golden
Listening is an art
It is an skill
Our first job depends 80% on our listening skill

Listen while others talk
Listening is not only through our ears
Our whole body has to be involved in that process.
Our body language plays an integral part, 
while we listen to others.

We have to realize that every single thing that goes into our mouth, 
I mean the food we eat. is our own choice, same has to be with 
our words, while we talk.

Not only we have to choose what goes into our mouth, 
we have to choose what comes out of our mouth. I mean our words.

Words penetrate deep down our body. 
They do impact not only our body but greatly affect others.

We have to consciously choose the words, we use to communicate.
It can make or break our relationships.
