Woodywoodpecker

Happy New Year To
All My Dear Readers
It is beautiful Saturday morning 2 degrees below zero. This is end of
December, couple of last days of this year, which used to be New Year,
sometimes back but not any more. Things change so quickly. Days are
passing, moments slipping from our hands. Every moment matters,
every moment counts.
I am done with my breakfast sitting in my TV lounge watching "Little
House on the Prairie". I like old scenic family shows, the old timers. TV
lounge is sort of showcase for me. The big glass panels, in front provide me
to enjoy the beauty of the nature around.
It is winter time so the pear tree on the left side of my back garden, is like
skeleton, with no more leaves around. While I try to look through this
skeleton, it looks to me a window, where every day, different pieces of art
and sculptures are there to be displayed.
When it is raining, I see this skeleton tree is decorated with white
pearls. When it is snowing, yes snowing, it is Canada my Dear, I see the
entire tree transformed into festive mood with Christmas decorations,
all around.
Nature is amazing, every moment we behold something different to enjoy,
to think about, to study. Today I watched Woodpecker on my skeleton tree.
It was in the shades of black and grey.
I watch through my glass window panels, so they don't get scared and
I get all the time to be amazed, to make my day. Thank you God for
providing so much to we humans.
