Rain on the way

Some mornings come with surprises. We never know which of our body parts will not be in good shape.

Not going to cooperate with our day plans.

There is always a give and take to maintain all relationships. The same is with our body. We have to listen to our body. Give time to take a break to revive itself.

I take some time to get out of my bed. I try to give some time to my body to get ready.  It works for me. It gives my body time to listen to me.

It helps her to be on the same wavelength to cooperate with my schedules to make my day. We have to push our body to be active not to become a couch potato.

Don't try to push hard. Don't try to implement your plans and ideas to anyone with force. Don't have to dictate. No one likes dictation. We have to talk to resolve matters.

We have to keep in mind that our talks do not have to be one- sided. We have to take time to listen to the other person. We don't just have to hear. Listening is not hearing.

Listening needs patience and our open mind. We have to absorb what the other side is talking about. We have to be honest to make the conclusion.

It reminds me of the book I read decades ago. It was all about listening. The author emphasized that listening needs not only ears. We need all our body parts to be focused to listen to the other side.

Listening is a natural gift from God. A natural talent. It needs lots of patience and peace of mind. We have to clear our mind and try to be in the other person's shoes before listening to what he talks about. I believe that.
